Watercolor is an ideal medium for capturing images that are loose & atmospheric. Painting loose is much more than a technique, it requires an understanding of color, shape & value. You will use creative thinking along with fast and easy techniques to break away from cumbersome details in your artwork. Lorraine uses vibrant washes to express the subject matter and implores the use of negative painting to build her paintings. This workshop is packed with demos, guided practices and individual help. You will be provided with reference material. All skill levels welcome. No drawing skills required.
