"Designed for photographers looking to enter the digital image enhancement arena. This 3 hour workshop provides the fundamentals of this amazing software including instruction on how to open and utilize the Affinity Photo Software for the beginner. While the workshop is not meant to be a complete artistic course in the editing features of the program, a good number of tasks will be covered including tools and features to get the software user started. This includes importing and exporting photo images, sharpening tools, photo enhancement features, stitching panorama images, resizing mages without resolution loss, and adding text. In addition, a basic overview of View Nx2 software will be demonstrated. It is recommended that participants purchase the Affinity Photo software (available on their website) installing it on their computers – then, students can bring their laptops to the workshop to follow along. Those with a desk-top computer at home can use the instructor’s laptop to complete the tasks getting to know the software. The workshop is limited to 6 students.
